This is an object and letter-form project where the problem was to abstract an object, and choose a letter that interacts with and describes said object. I chose to invert the bowl of the lower case "b" into a solid black fill to represent the flame of the lighter while still keeping the integrity of the letter. The abstraction and movement of the lighter, great impact of the letter and asymmetrical balance are what make this solution successful.
