The main objective I want viewers to take away from this information graphic is the dangers of FDA approved prescription drugs. Focusing on seven common medical conditions, I show the immediate contrast in the amount of side effects that come from taking pharmaceuticals versus the side effects of treating those same conditions with cannabis. If the viewer would like to take a closer look at each of the 105 side effects, the graph shows accurate data for each condition, but the strong contrast between the two graphs at first glance is most impactful.

The calming earth-tones and simplistic layout is what helps make this infographic successful. This is a serious topic to be addressed, and I wanted a calming color scheme to encourage longer periods of viewing to soak in the vast amount of data shown.
