The mobe3 web app was born out of necessity for our users to be able to have an easy way to manage their orders and send orders to the warehouse floor to be shipped. This functionality has since been launched, but is still currently being developed to be more robust.

The process

User interviews were conducted on site to understand how warehouse office employees were completing their tasks, as well as observing their behavior and recording pain points. We also discussed with warehouse executives to discover the things they need to do their job efficiently so that they would find value in the web app.

After completing the Order Management functionality, we moved onto exploring other features from the data we collected.
